hello new space

Its been a long time! I know many of you don’t get this far in the website to read the posts mostly because I dont update it very often.

BIG UPDATE! I am finally moving spaces. And its only a block away. What a blessing. We (myself and Wanda) will be moving from June 28-July 8. Why so long? Mostly to set up the space and decorate/build shelves and get it all cosy to invite you in again.

We are also excited to announce we will be adding RED LIGHT THERAPY into the practice. You will have an option to add 20 minutes of red light therapy to your existing session. What is Red Light Therapy? Its two specific frequencies of red and near infrared light that act at a cellular level to modulate biological processes ( therapeutic light at a dermal level). It’s effective for acne, aging skin, joint pain, scar reduction, many skin conditions in a non-invasive way.

With all of this said, I will be posting some new photos once we are in the new space ad set up for you. I’m excited to welcome you all to this next chapter of bodywork.
